Upon closure, any verified withdrawable cash balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of any pending wagers.

neo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
